Tailored Chocolates are dispatched in perfect condition but unfortunately they may occasionally arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. Please return any damaged or faulty chocolates to us and we will reimburse any reasonable return and send a replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of Tailored Chocolates we cannot accept returns except when they are damaged or faulty.
